Professional Learning Community
At MBHS, we are a Professional Learning Community (PLC).
Within our PLC, we work in cross-curricular Professional Learning Teams (PLTs). PLTs move through cycles of collaborative inquiry based on the research of DuFour, Dufour, Eaker, Many and Mattos. Through PLTs, we aim to improve both outcomes for students and professional practice for teachers.
